I use a 120 min NQ chart for my long term entry I was away for the last rollover I rolled over on March 23. (I note there is now no option to "link previous data" as there used to be) I have tried everything I can think of, and unable to get any history prior to March 23. This also applied to my tick chart but not as critical as they filled up quickly. Chart/settings is set to 45 days to load (changed many times but no improvement) This has happened before at rollover Please help |

First you must update Sierra Chart version 1115 or higher. Update with Help >> Download Current Version. You need to use the new Continuous Futures Contract feature documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html It is strongly recommended that you change your service package to 3 for the greatest reliability when using this feature so there is less reliance on IB data.
