I CANNOT shift out of SIM1 to trade LIVE

                I am using CQG via AMP. I have zero connection issues. When I press CTRL+SHIFT+T and click to go from SIM1 to my AMP Account number it instantly reverts back to SIM1. What is this issue, and what am I doing wrong? How do I set it so that all charts no longer say SIM1 and have me trading from my live account? Thank you!  |

                That was EXACTLY the issue.  Probably saved me from myself while I've been learning Sierra. I NOW consider this to be the best all-around platform and I've tried most professional and retail platforms. High learning curve, but once you see a few chartbook examples, it is fairly easy to start organizing and setting up chartbooks to your specification. I use to be anti-Sierra, but now I love it.  |

                I have CQG via AMP account. last month Sierra make me switch to Sierra but each time I turn the trade simulation off, it show a difference account and not the same account I have with AMP. how do I trade with Sierra using AMP account?  |
