Thank you for sending instructions for cancellation. I have disabled the Denali Data Feed renewal, but still have no Idea how to cancel my sierra charts subscription, no info is clear at all. Please give me instruction how to cancel my subscription before I'm charged again.. Thank You |

It is #1 in the instructions we pointed you to. You need to select Disabled in the Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled" section of the Activate Services page and then select the Update/Set button. Also make sure you start an Account Support ticket to get the funds in your account refunded back to your credit card. This is specified in the Refund Policy.
