Hey, I am having a problem downloading historical data. My chart only loads the live data through my data feed (Rithmic). I have already tested the following: - I have tested different versions of Sierra Chart. - reinstalled Sierra Chart completely - tested another Rithmic data feed, without success - Tested my data feed at a friend's site, it works there - Created a new chartbook - Adjusted all settings - Used the Denali data feed, then it works In the message log, I found the following error: Checking for new symbol settings. Refer to the following with regards to Rithmic historical data: Historical Data on the New Rithmic Connection There is no error in your message log, that is just a statement about the closing of the socket, which is not a problem.
