Alert on study only after a specific time?

For example - I have the Initial Balance study set to draw the high and low for the first hour (10:30AM EST). I only want the alert to trigger after 10:30AM EST, not every time it touches during the morning. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

See examples here - Study/Chart Alerts And Scanning: Alert Formula Examples You would need to include something along the lines of BARTIME > TIME(10, 30, 0) into your alert formula.
