I am checking if its possible to:
a. Connect SC to a custom DTC server and at the same time
b. Receive data from SC's data feed

For example, I have a custom DTC server for some crypto exchange like FTX. In Data/Trade Service settings I use DTC Service to connect to it. This works fine.
In the Common Settings I have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" Enabled.

Using this configuration, should I be able to open a chart with SC's Binance data and open a chart from my own DTC server?

Maybe I am approaching this wrong and you have in mind another way to do this?

In general, the crypto data is only available when connected to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, our recommendation is to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart in which you have the service set to SC Data - All Services and you can get the crypto data, while your other installation is connected to the DTC service.

Refer to the following information for how to install another Sierra Chart:

Yes, this is supported through the Global Symbol Settings and the SC Data* settings.

Follow up questions

1. You mean the SC Data Symbol, SC Data Multiplier and SC Data Service Code?
2. Is there documentation how to configure this step-by-step?
3. Taking BTC-PERPETUAL-DBIT for example, what would be set in each field?

We have to do some testing ourselves of this. We are not sure of the settings.
