Connecting to CTS T4 Live Server

In the past I have successfully used SierraChart connected to T4 Simulation sever, now switching to T4 Live server, new account, password etc. Unable to connect. CTS support said to contact TopStep support. TopStep gives following message:
Sierra Charts is only designed to work with Rithmic-based login credentials at the live account level in the Topstep program.
Is this true? Any way to to connect to T4 Live Server?

The CTS connection is considered a legacy connection and is not one for which we keep up any changes. That means that it could or could not work at any given time.

But, in your case, you have the following in your log:

Which is telling you that you need to get Sierra Chart added as an option to your CTS account. If TopStep can not do this for you, then you will need to use the Rithmic connection instead.

So, TopStep won't do this. When you say "use Rithmic connection instead" do you mean through someone other than CTS?
Do I need a separate trading account to get the real-time Rithmic data?
