Custom time zone not working

When I try to set up a custom time zone it never updates with the new UTF offset that I enter. I was using halifax zone although I'm in Brazil and we don't have daylight savings, so my charts are behind now that halifax is observing gaylight savings time. I'm not sure how to fix my chart time being that the custom time zone doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

We just tried a few tests with a custom time zone and it appears to be working correctly. What exactly is the issue you are having when trying to use a Custom Time Zone?

I change the UTF offset, apply it, hit ok, nothing changes on the chart, and when I open the custom time zone settings it's back to the original UTF offset value.

When playing with this, we did see one occasion where it did not update and changed back, but we have not been able to reproduce it since then. Please try setting a custom Time Zone and be sure you give the Time Periods names that are different from typical period names (i.e. not CDT, or CST). We have found where the issue is. If you type in a number for the UTC Offset, then it will not update to that number. For right now, you need to use the +/- buttons to the right side of that field in order to change the UTC Offset. Let us know if you have any other issues with those settings.
