Dear SC Support

I'm having trouble projecting older "naked" POCs from a weekly chart onto a shorter time frame chart with DOM. Currently I've been able to get the most recent week's POC; VAL; VAH; to project but it won't project any older lines that have been extended.

I tried every setting I could think of and have read other support threads for this issue but can't seem to figure this one out. I've included a Chartbook for you to take a closer look in case that is helpful.

thank you!

There really is not a way to do what you are trying to do. What we recommend is using the Volume Value Area Lines study instead and use the Input for Reference n Periods Back. You can use multiple copies of this study to get the current week and the previous weeks displayed onto the current week. Refer to the following:

Thank you, I was hoping this could be an easy fix.

Am I understanding right — that even though I have it projecting the current weeks POC from my 60m chart onto my DOM it won’t do extension lines from earlier?

Thank you again for the help.

There are some oddities with the Extension Lines, and copying them to another chart isn't always straightforward. We can't point you to the exact line of code as to how it handles these things, but just that it doesn't work like you want. Therefore, you need to find a different way to do it.
