Hey I chose package 10 but now I am not so sure if this was the right choice. My broker is AMP and the platform is Rithmic. Sierra is supposed to pull everything it needs from Rithmic, no? I've set Rithmic up as the feed for "Market Data" and "Historical Data". As I recall you don't make money off CME datafeeds, so do I really need the Denali package? Hmm. Getting confused here. I temporarily removed Denali and downgraded service to package 3 from 10. Now on connect to Rithmic I get this error "Connect to Data Feed|Service Package does not support this function or account expired".
It appears that Denali is a prerequisite to get charting to work.If so it seems that I'd be paying CME data fees twice. Once for the Rithmic feed and once more for Denali. Unless I am missing something?! |

You do need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to use Sierra Chart with Rithmic. But, you are not paying the exchange fees twice, as you do not have any exchanges activated with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, just change your package back to 10, and you will be able to get the real-time Rithmic data.
