Can't connect to Rithmic trading Service

Hello, I was given access to a Rithmic Trading Service, thru TRade Futures 4Less, and I get the message bellow. INstructions present the Combo box "service" with option "Rithmic 01 Trading" but I only can choose "Rithmic Trading (Trading) http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/Rithmic.php See Attachment Isse this information in the log but I used the user and Password that was given to me today by TradeFutures4Less for Rithmic trading Service. "Rithmic Trading - Server Alert: Market Data Connection Login Failed. Result text: "permission denied" | 2014-03-31 14:58:33" DTC Bridge Server appears on screen also. " Rithmic DTC: Bridge process is still running. Not able to connect. | 2014-03-31 14:58:27 Error connecting to Data or Trading service. Did they provide you with a Rithmic Username and Password for a Live trading account? If it is for a demo account you will not be able to connect to the Rithmic system.
