Hello, My account was re-activated and now doesn't have real-time and historical data subscriptions. Error messages - F.US.CLE is not allowed. Result=103. Num Quotes=0 Please advise. Thanks, Nick |

Do you want to get the real-time data from CQG or from us (Sierra Chart)? We do not see that you have ever gotten data from us. Therefore, if you are wanting to get your data from CQG, then you need to let them know to turn on the appropriate data feeds for you.
