Cannot get symbols

I'm setting up new system MacBook Pro m1. I have installed parallels. Sierra chart is able to get data using CQG and can do live trading. I cannot change symbols due to symbols not populated. SC version is 2323 "Opened cached Intraday file: C:\SierraChart\Data\F.US.ENQZ21.scid. Thread ID: 3240 | 2021-10-31 23:16:22.692 Requested symbol settings for service code cqg. Request ID: 2. | 2021-10-31 23:22:10.029 Symbol settings received. Request ID: 2. | 2021-10-31 23:22:10.921 The response for symbol settings was empty, so the symbol settings file was not created or modified. | 2021-10-31 23:22:10.921 * " Do you know what iam missing ? FYI : My other system , still works with same settings. |
