I am running the current version of Sierra Chart. I have the Denali data feed and Im executing orders through interactive brokers. Whenever I open a position the line that usually shows at the level of the entry does not appear. This happens on every instrument I trade. I have got ticks next to "chart trade mode" and "show orders and position". I have run other versions of Sierra Charts and never encountered this issue. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to resolve this issue. Thanks |

I am running same setup, latest SC, Denali and IB. Every once in awhile the initial order line disappears along with attached orders but the order line comes back in a few seconds without the original attached orders. I have TWS visible and always monitor my positions. My point is it usually works properly. I trade futures. The easiest thing to do would be to go back to earlier version and see if the problem persists. |
