It seems i'm unable to link my Gain capital account with Sierra charts as well as getting live data. It seems extremely complicated and not user friendly for a layman to use. I just signed up a few days ago. I am requesting a refund please. I appreciate your attention on this matter.

Since you actually had not started into the Usage Time for the purchase you made (you were still using Trial Time), we are able to refund the Usage Time back to your account. We have done this along with setting your account to not renew.
