when loading a chartbook, I´m getting the following error messages:

Error loading custom studies DLL: C:\SierraChart v3\Data\AutoZonesSubscriber.dll. Windows error code 126: The specified module could not be found. | 2014-03-30 16:08:04

I used to be suscribed to a service provider which "transmitted" certain zones/notes on their "master chart" to my plattform. I suspect is related to that suscription.
How do I get rid of that?

It is still unclear to me how to remove the error.
I have checked in my data folder and theres such "autozones.dll", as the error messagge stated.
On my account managemnte page the following item appears, in the section "Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download"
Enabled Studies
DLL Name: AutoZonesSubscriber.

Is there any way for me "unsubscribe" form this study and no get that error message again?

You have to go among all of your charts and remove the particular study which is referencing that DLL.

It should be listed as "Custom DLL Study".

When you look at the Chart Studies window for every one of your charts, do you not see a study with that name?

I have checked every single window of my chartbook and there´s no such study.
It´s been quite some time that I have unsuscribed from that service.
For reference: I was sucribed to a company that "streamed" their charts into my SC platform in real time.
I do understand from the error messagge that it seems that -when loading- SC is looking for that study and b/c there´s not such study I receive the error.

There must be some study which is referencing that DLL on the charts. It might have a different name if it has been renamed through the Short Name setting.

If there is no reference to the study on a chart, then you will not get the message.

I´m aware, but I cannot seem to find it.
It also sparks confusion that It shows in my account settings that the study is "enabled"
DLL Name: AutoZonesSubscriber.
Any pointers?

You can privately attach your Chartbook here and then we can look through it and find it. Here are the instructions to attach it:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile

Do you just use one Chartbook?

It does not matter what your website account control panel shows. That is not going to cause errors with the DLL file not being found like you are getting.

I would save all of the chart study collections that you use from each chart, then start with a new chartbook and add a single chart, then change from one study collection to the next until you get the error, then start deleting studies until you don't get it anymore. If you never get the error, then just make a new chartbook. Something like that maybe.

We will only look at one Chartbook. So you need to help us.

Manually open each of these Chartbooks and tell us which one of them gives the error.

Chart #8 in the GC Chartbook contains the study. There might be others.

This is an example of what you see:
https://www.sierrachart.com/images/StudyWithMissingDLLOrFunction.png

You will definitely see "Custom DLL Study".
