When I enter an order it shows up on the chart but won't let me modify or cancel and the message log says invalid account also the account balances window is blank. I'm with Daniels trading and they switched to Stonex for clearing a Gain division. Don't know if that has anything to do with it. I will choose the send for analysis option for the message log. Thanks.

Check your settings in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and ensure you have your Trade Account set properly in there.

That message is coming from Gain Capital, so the only option we have is what we mentioned above. You would need to ask your broker about why you are getting that message.
