Duplicate internal commands on Eurex

When trading on the Eurex exchange via Rithmic Direct, there is an internal duplication of orders in Sierra, orders are actually traded on the exchange correctly, but in some windows in Sierra positions remain active due to doubling of the order .... it is strange that this does not happen in all windows where the market from Eurex is shown, I am attaching the photo (traded 2 pcs, but counted 4 pcs)
I use Sierra version 2320 and Rithmic Direct, the problem is not only with me, but also colleagues who trade Eurex and yes it is always in combination with the new Rithmic Direct other colleagues who use version 2308 do not have this problem .... on CME this is not happening, everything is going as it should.
It's a major problem, Sierra shows nonsense in live mode, it always looks like I have open positions in the market, the actual input and output times are not displayed ... turning off the original Rhitmic Trading connection from version 2310 seems to me like a hasty step, a combination of Rithmic Direct and Sierra are obviously not right. I don't know why the original Rithmic solution had to be removed from the offer so quickly? The new connection is obviously not 100% debugged ..... I don't know if the problem is on the Rithmic side or on the Sierra side, but I don't want to make an experimental rabbit ... please return the original Rithmic Trading connection before the new one starts working as it should or until your direct routing starts without an extern like Rhitmic .... This must be an issue on the Rithmic side but we are looking it over and will contact Rithmic with what we find out.

You can continue to use the old Rithmic connection in earlier versions of Sierra Chart.

So is the issue that you see duplicate fills in the Trade Activity Log and that affects the Trade Statistics for Charts tab of the Trade Activity Log?

We can see why that appears to be happening because the fill identifiers are different between the real-time and historical fills from Rithmic.

Yes, but duplication will appear only after restarting Sierra, photo 1 shows that the displays are fine, but after restarting Sierra duplication will appear, see photo 2
