Here is an image of the fills.

It seems that the stop didn't go off until I switched the chart back to ENQ.

You always push the blame instantly to someone else, and my guess is you will blame CQG, but it seems and issue with your platform.

The stop didn't fill until I switched from MNQ, to NQ. Right when I switched charts back it filled.

Where do I get my refund for a clear issue on your part?

Basically what I guess will happen is you will point a figure at CQG. Say how you hate them, say 9/11 was an inside job or some crazy bullshit, then I have to take the loss cause noone takes responsibility for their platforms issues.

Am I close?

This is a client-side managed stop order. The trading DOM, that this originates from needs to be set to the same Symbol and Trade Account and must be open. This is documented here:
Order Types: Sierra Chart Management of Trailing Stop and Chase Orders

You should not be using any client-side managed orders without fully understanding them and monitoring them. These orders always carry a risk like if there is a loss of connectivity, or if you have changed the symbol of the Trading DOM like you did.

You need to understand what it is you are working with and not make any assumptions.

You always push the blame instantly to someone else
We will always state the facts. There should be nothing wrong with actual facts. If the responsibility is on someone else, then that is where the responsibility lies.

And you should also be monitoring that stop and if it is not triggering when expected take the appropriate action. You should not be putting reliance on client-side managed functionality to be working always as you may think it will work. In this case, you should have canceled that order when you saw the price went through it and submit a new replacement stop order or market order.

Say how you hate them
The fact is, as we get an inordinate a number of problems reported about CQG. So it really is our users hating CQG.

say 9/11 was an inside job
It is important to look at the facts of that situation. We have not discussed who was involved in it but you can come to some pretty strong conclusions that the government story is not correct.

And thinking about this some more, you really should not be using Stop with Last Triggering because for the futures markets, a native exchange Stop order is going to be triggered based on the last trade price anyway. There simply is no benefit to having a client-side managed stop in this particular case.

An order type like this, is in Sierra Chart because some users have asked for it for the purpose of the cash Forex markets. It really serves no use in the futures markets and we will add that to the documentation.

One reason, among others, is the chart is managing its own orders and it has to be set to the same symbol as the order because when charts are replaying it will use the price data relevant to its own current state. And charts can be replaying at different points in time and be working with different prices even if the symbols are the same among different charts.
