Market Depth Downloading on Mac Crossover

Hi,

Im using Sierra Chart on a mac using Crossover.
And everytime I boot up, the 3 charts I have MarketDepth Historical Graph on, download the data.

Everytime I click replay it re-downloads/loads the data again.
And its extremely slow as well. It takes over 5 minutes to wait, to get the replay to start repplaying.

I get this message in the logs too..

It seems to be some sort of buffer size error?
But also why does it need to redownload the data everytime I hit replay? Im replaying the current day, and the data has already loaded for that day. So why does it trigger it again?
This doesnt happen on my PC version.

Is it something to do with Crossover, and maybe where they store files? and maybe Sierra Chart doesnt know how to access the file?? I have no idea.

Anyway I thought I would bring it to your attention.

Due to the myriad of possible reasons that you could be having an issue related to Crossover, we simply can not help.

The only thing we can suggest is to ensure that you have enough memory being allocated for Crossover and to lower the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Use Number of Days to Load >> Market Depth / Market Depth Days to Load. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Data Days to Load (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)
