update not working

When I go to update to v1113, it will download but then when i go to run it nothing happens. The grey box with the globe on it comes up, loads to 100%, then goes away and nothing happens. We have tested both the CLR and non-CLR version of Sierra Chart. We did tests on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
