i have paid for package 5 charts and crdited my account...i am trying to figure out how to get data to my charts. i need futures data...emini - s&p, rut, nq, gold, ect. my broker is TD ameriterade. can you help? thanks

also, i originally paid for chart package 3 and TD data did not work...then i bought package 5 and td data still did not work. can you tell me which chart package i need and put the monies together for the chart package i need. thanks

In our TD Ameritrade documentation we explain about futures data and trading: Note: Futures trading and market data is not supported when using TD Ameritrade because it is not supported by the TD Ameritrade API that Sierra Chart uses to connect to the TD Ameritrade systems. However, it is possible to use a separately paid for futures data feed for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX futures when using the TD Ameritrade trading service.
