When will this direct order routing be available thru AMP? I am waiting to fund my account when it is available thru AMP?



Also, my Sierra account was funded thru 9/30/21. If I renew and fund on 11/1/21, I want to confirm that the six month period will start effective 11/1, not retro back to 10/1?

We do not know. There is a lot to be done including testing with AMP that has to occur. This is something that both parties will have to work on, so we can not say at this time when it will occur.

You control the start date. Your account is currently expired. So when you want to start your account again, on whatever day you select the package you want and press the button to "Update/Set", then that is the date from which your renewals will be based on (keep in mind the Sierra Chart packages renew on a 31 day cycle, not calendar months).
