unable to download russell 2000

I am using sierra charts data service with td ameritrade. I can download $dowi, $iuxx, and $spx but am unable to download $iuxx (Russell 2000) and $idx(s&p 400). I can download both symbols with the td ameritrade symbols. |

The $IUX symbol requires at the present time that you pay for the ICE US exchange fee which is 94.5 USD a month. We apologize for this, but this is just how it is configured at this time.
