What broker or clearing firm are you with? We have a new direct order routing service to the CME, which does not involve TT, and your account should be moved onto that link as soon as possible.

btw...I believe my account rep at Advantage has been in contact with someone at Sierra about this, and also about the Eurex feed for a few months now. We've been trying to get away from TT Fix due to their MAP fees but last I heard there was still an issue connecting to all the exchanges we need via the Sierra feed? maybe this has changed? CME/CBOT/ICE/Eurex

Advantage has advised us, that for accounts direct with them, that they will be supporting our CME Group direct order routing, in about a month.

We do not yet have support for routing orders to EUREX but we will be starting development of that soon . Although this is not going to be available until January at the soonest.

Currently which Broker is using your direct CME? Only Stage 5?
