Orders not going to IB today

Right after 8.33 US CT my study sent BUY TSLA. First TSLA position showed on a chart but then disappeared. SC shows FLAT, TWS shows FLAT including no executions whatsoever in AuditTrail

Now checking the Trade Service Log I see this

It worked on Friday only thing changed was update to lastest Sierra
Allow Orders to Fill Outside Regular Trading Hours is set to TRUE

Downgraded to SC 2318 and TSLA orders now seems going through just fine ... seems related to the latest version only? :-|

I can confirm when switched once again to 2320, a limit order buy TSLA is "order sent" but won't go through API into TWS ... definitely an issue with 2320

We are able to reproduce the issue but we see that the orders are getting sent to Interactive Brokers so we do not know what the issue is. There is no evidence there is any problem on the Sierra Chart side especially if the order is going through to TWS.

Just for the record, we are not observing any problem with futures. So we do not know why stocks would have an issue.

I had problems with stock symbols from IB and etf symbols as well. No data on charts with 2320. Had to go back to 2318.

As for futures :-D ... some new story ... trading MCL today. When stop-loss is hit but not triggered it becomes pretty scary.. This is definitely some issue with IB not SierraChart I believe

Today I opened at 7:20 UTC a long position in MCL Z21 at 82.43 using API (SierraChart 2318) with attached orders SELL LMT at 83.23 and SELL STOP at 82.22. At about 7:29 the SELL STOP was modified to 82.44. Then market went down to the order but it did not execute correctly when hit. The position was still on.
I hit FLATTEN in SierraChart which cancelled the attached orders but did not flatten the position either. It sent a SELL MKT order into TWS API but it had status "Transferred but not yet aknowledged".
To solve this I went to TWS to close the position there directly using SELL LMT but order was again not accepted - status "Transferred but not yet aknowledged"
I waited few minutes and adjusted the SELL LMT price in TWS as market tanked to 82.32 and finally got filled. I have been trading some time now with many brokers but this never happened to me so far.
