I just started getting this message. I get it occasionally on other programs but never have on SC until yesterday. "Do you want this app to make changes to your device?"

Did you by any chance enable Set System Date-Time from Server? If so, then you probably also gave SierraChart_64.exe administrator privilege, which is needed to set the time. Windows is warning you when you start an application that has administrator privilege.
