I have an intraday 15min chart of TICK-NYSE (v2319) with the Study High/Low for Time Period with an alert condition =ID2.SG2[0] < ID2.SG2[-1] which is not working as documented in the Setting an Alert for New High or Low at High/Low for Time Period

ID2.SG2[-1] does not seem to be the prior bar low value so the alert condition is not met.

The log entries below show SG2[0] and SG2[-1] have the same values as the TICK-NYSE moved lower.

Log entries:

2021-10-15 10:29:56  Study  High/Low for Time Period  =-695 < -695 | No alert sound/email.
2021-10-15 10:29:54  Study  High/Low for Time Period  =-695 < -695 | No alert sound/email.
2021-10-15 10:29:53  Study  High/Low for Time Period  =-685 < -685 | No alert sound/email.
2021-10-15 10:29:52  Study  High/Low for Time Period  =-650 < -650 | No alert sound/email.
2021-10-15 10:29:51  Study  High/Low for Time Period  =-650 < -650 | No alert sound/email.

What is the Time Period setting in the High/Low for Time Period study?

Our apologies, as we have to believe there was a change somewhere along the way that must have changed the way that this works.

At this time, the only way to get that alert to work is to set the input on the High/Low for Time Period for Display High and Low Incrementally to Yes.

We will update the documentation to reflect this.
