Recently I had my hard drive die. I had to re install windows and sierrachart on a new drive. Since that point I have been unable to get order fills to show on the chart. The orders show up in the trade activity. When looking at the trade service log there is always at least 1 current queries. From my research in these forums I am thinking the order fills are being asked to load using a "background thread" but for some reason it is stuck. Re-installing a fresh version of sierrachart I still have the same issue.

Thanks for your time.

I have went through every step in that help section with no luck. With a fresh install of Sierrachart I would think it should display the fills since I am using all default settings.

Get us a chartbook that has just one chart that is a copy of a chart that is not displaying the order fills properly. Follow these instructions to do this:

I re-synced my date/time settings in windows and that has fixed the issue.

Reading that section again under the title "Misaligned order fill markers on charts" it says, "During simulated trading or non-simulated trading, the timestamp of the order fills which occur in real time are derived from your local computer clock. The necessary time zone adjustments are always made. If your computer clock is incorrectly set, then these timestamps will be off."

Even though my time was correct on windows I had not pressed "sync now" in the date and time section of windows since re-installing it. Pressing "sync now" and restarting sierrachart my issue was resolved.
Thanks for your time.
