You have us confused. Connect to what account and what site? You have logged into the Sierra Chart website in order to post this message to the Support Board, so we do not understand what is not working. There definitely is not an issue with our website. And, if you are not able to connect to the website, then how did you enter this Support Board posting, which is part of our website?
