Sierra Chart Freezing at Random

Not quite sure what is going on. Since 3 days ago, Sierra Chart has been randomly locking up. By locking up I mean that during backtesting, the chart stops. When I hover my mouse over the chart, I get a Windows blue circle just spinning. Windows Task Manager shows "Not responding" in the status column. I have to click the red X in the upper right of Sierra Chart to close the windows. Things I have tried.

Started Sierra Chart in safe mode. Still locks up.
Re-downloaded the software. Still locks up.
I don't have any custom studies/DLLS
I checked the video card setting and it's fine.

The only clue I have is that the software started locking up after I wanted to make a copy of my current chartbook. I opened my file manager and made a copy of the .scss file. I then did a "Save As" for the chartbook. I opened up the chartbook then updated the spreadsheet name to the one I made a copy of.

After I did this is when Sierra started locking up. It seems that Sierra locks up faster using my new chartbook. If I go back to the original chartbook, it takes about 5 min of backtesting at speed of 15 to eventually stop working.

I just loaded a chartbook that I haven't used in a month. It ran fine for about 5 min then locked up. I have 64 GB Ram and a fast Dell box.

Any clues?

Look at the Task Manager when this happens for the SierraChart_64 process and see what the CPU usage percentage is. Is it zero or what is the percentage?

You really have to go through a process of elimination, by removing studies and charts one by one and seeing what is the cause of the problem.

Also slow down the replay speed during the back test.
