Now I am back into my account. The problem that was there the first time is still there. It says symbol settings not found for current service, but I’ve paid. I’m trying to look at NQZ21-CME.

Our servers show that your Current Selected Service is set to CQG. If this is correct, then that is not the right symbol for CQG.

In order to change the symbols, open your chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

After that, you should be fine.
