Dear Support person, I paid $173 on 2021-10-11 04:48:44 UTC to renew the Sierra chart for six months. However the Usage time End Date is showing only a one month extension. Please assist Jeffrey Chien

Your account has not renewed yet. Your current Usage Time does not end until the end of the day on October 13, 2021. At that time, your account will renew to package 5 for six months.
