Hi! I'm trying to re-activate my services but im having some trouble. For some reason im not authorised for the CBOE indices. Could you help me to figure out why? |

To get the CBOE Indices, you need to go through all the steps to get the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active. This is separate from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you can not just activate the exchange.
