I am a TopStepTrader client. I am currently using CTS T4 for real-time data. From what I read on your site, the SC historical data feed is included in the trial. Should I be able to display intraday and historical charts going back a few years, fully back adjusted, that contain tick volume data, by combining these two feeds? If so, we cannot get this to work, no matter what settings we change.

Do I need the SC historical and real-time feed combined with CTS to make this work? If so, why - how does this combination differ from CTS plus SC Historical only?

Version 1112 contains only one symbol for the ES; yet it displays a black, empty chart. It is only when I use a symbol format from an earlier version that anything displays, yet it contains incomplete, gappy data, and the price axis does not include the decimal point.

At this stage, I need you to provide remote assistance to fix these problems. Please tell me how we can set this up as soon as possible.

Thanks.

This sounds like you are missing the symbol settings. Update them as explained here:

Also the current time you cannot get expired futures contracts when using CTS T4. These are not supported at this time as explained here:
Notice: CTS Trading Service Symbols | Post: 27451

We cannot help with combining the Sierra Chart Historical Data service with CTS. The two are incompatible with each other because of decimal point differences and we do not provide any help with that whether it is paid or not.

Yes. The Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data which is integrated with trading services is different than the Sierra Chart Historical Data service.

If you still need remote assistance, it is $.58 per minute. Just let us know if you want that.
