The exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. You must not have had enough funds in your account on the first of October, so the exchange did not renew.

You can view, and reactivate the exchanges from the Recurring Services page. There is a link on the Account Control Panel for View Recurring Services that will take you there, or you can select the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see the list of recently deactivated exchanges. You can select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the ones you want to reactivate.

If you also need to add funds to your account, then you can do that from the Payments page, which is available at the following link:
