TD Ameritrade Volume not updating by time period

Volume bar seems to be cumulative rather than show by time intervals.

Let me add: The volume bar updates only when you "delete and download data" but the last period shows cumulative volume and not the volume for the period.

Notice in the screenshot the last 5 min volume is high, as you see in the screenshot above.

It's only after I "delete and download data" that volume gets corrected in the last 5 min time frame, as you see in screenshot above.

We will test this. What do you have the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit set to?

Tried both 1 tick and 1 second for "intraday data storage time unit," but still not updating correctly.

Apparently TD Ameritrade has changed the format of the time and sales volume data and it no longer needs to be multiplied by 100. We removed that multiplier and now it is working properly.

We will have a new release out later today.
