Hi i ve a problem with a connection with earn2trade beacuse i dont have in my list the paper service europe or simply paper trading? what s the problem? thanks

You have to ask Earn2Trade or Rithmic that question. Rithmic, in particular, controls the list of servers that are displayed (we query them to display the list) in the Data/Trade Service Settings.
