Not Receiving SC Exchange Data

I am a subscriber to the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Futures Data Feed and activated and paid the exchange fees for the NASDAQ and S&P exchanges for March. Since I'm going into development mode next month, I decided to cancel the exchanges for April and re-up later. I de-activated the exchanges last Saturday as I didn't want to forget and have my Additional Services Balance automatically debited for another month. I assumed that real-time exchange data would be received through month-end since I paid the exchange fee through EOM. However, this week I haven't received any data for $IUXX, $NASX, and $INX. The SC v1108 Message log says, "Symbol Error - $IUXX/$NASX/$INX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted".

1. Shouldn't I receive real-time SC Exchange data through the end of the month if the data fee is paid through the end of the month? (I assume a flag could be set by the Account Management software when the user initiates de-activation, that could be checked when his Additional Services Balance is automatically debited on the first of the following month.)

2. Shouldn't I at least receive historical data for the exchanges? The SCDF webpage says: "For exchanges that are not activated, you will only receive historical data for them." (Setup Instructions, Step 7)

Despite my sometimes pointed questions I really do believe you offer the best charting and data services, _and_ the best value. Thank you.

The exchanges are properly set on your account.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

And update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

If there still is a problem, then we will need to see the Message Log:

I followed your instructions (Downloaded Latest Non-CLR Version v1112, updated Symbol Settings) with same result. ESM4, NQM4, TICK-NASDAQ, and TICK-NYSE all backfilled and started real-time updates with [M] in their charts; while the NASDAQ Indices and S&P Indices generated message "Symbol Error - $IUXX/$NASX/$INX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted", and their charts had neither [M] or [SIM] at the top.

The Message Log is attached. Despite the assurance of the How to Post Your Message Log… instructions ("The Message Log does not contain any private information"), IB messages are being echoed in the Message Log with my account number:
- Interactive Brokers: Requesting Trade Positions for account: *******
- Interactive Brokers: Received Trade Positions download end message for account *******
- IB: Requesting historical order fills for account *******
(I have replaced the account number with asterisks here and in the attachment.)

Problem fixed. Am now receiving intraday data for those SC Exchanges for which the exchange fee is paid through the end of the month. Thank you very much.

However, am not receiving "historical data" for exchanges which are not activated. Expected to receive delayed historical data, but using Find Symbol I tried to "Open Intraday Chart" or "Open Historical Chart" for symbols on exchanges for which the fee hasn't been paid, and encountered the same problem: "Symbol Error - $DOWI is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted", etc. Do I misunderstand the SCDF webpage: "For exchanges that are not activated, you will only receive historical data for them"? (Setup Instructions, Step 7)

For the time being to get historical data for the exchanges you have not paid the exchange fee for, use the "SC Exchange Data" Service. You can install a separate copy of Sierra Chart to use that service:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/MultipleServices.html

And we will see how to allow you to get the historical data for the symbols you have not paid the exchange fee for. We have to think through this.
