When I access subgraphs using sc.GetStudyArrayUsingID - if the subgraphs are displaced in the UI, in ACSIL I receive the subgraph values for an index before the displacement so I am getting the "wrong" values - does this make sense?

Yes. This does make sense. The data in the arrays is not adjusted based upon the Displacement setting in the Study Settings window for a study Subgraph.
