Hello, I signed up today to test the Trial but I cant get it working. Maybe i created an account in the past, however i never downloaded nor testet the software. Please check if you can to confirm. Please activate my Trial Period so the software connects so i can test it. If not possible then please diect me how i can Trial the Software for a couple days. I saw in another Page that you may extend Trials if one didnt use it. Thats my case, i never trialed the software and want to test it. Its so frustration. I finally have time to test complicated sierra chart and now it doesnt work.

hi i have started a trail account but i cant seem to get it connected it is just showing a red bar that says not connected

i have the same issue. i've tried connecting via the desktop but it's not working. all i see is a black screen with a Red button stating " Not Connected" please help.

Your Sierra Chart account is expired. We have extended the trial on it.

After that:

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Or you can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update/Set" button.
