My intraday charts have big missing gaps in them. Using rithmic from OneUpTrader for data

Hey there, my daily chart looks fine, but when I switch to anything intraday like 5min or 30min, then it only shows today then skips everything and goes like 2 weeks back, everything in between missing? I dont have any denali feed, I only bought the advanced package, and then used the rithmic username and password from OneUpTrader to connect. It shows a green connected status, and I am using the Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading) current selected service. I will attach the daily (looks fine) but then intraday with huge gap missing. This is simply the issue we see with historical data from Rithmic. What you are getting is whatever data you received while you were connected to them. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than the Rithmic data.
