I created one chartbook with 2 DOMs and floating trade windows as a template for 6 more which I have open at the same time. Every time I open the multiple chartbooks only one will have the floating trade windows. I've tried 'Window > Reset Windows' as well as 'Chart > Reset Child Windows' but doesn't make a difference.

Please advise. Thanks.

First, make sure the windows are open when you save the chartbook (which includes when you exit from Sierra Chart and it prompts to ask you to save).

Second, ensure that the window really is not opened, as it could be open but just located behind the main window, or behind another window somewhere (assuming that it is a Trading DOM window). If it is the Trade Window, then it is always attached to the main program.

Thanks, but all the trade windows are open when saved and they indeed not appearing (or hidden in any way) when a chartbook is reopened.

When I open your chartbook I see 2 Trading Windows. They are associated with the Trading DOMs - Chart #7 (HLBZ) and Chart #27 (SPIR). I did notice that one of the Trading Windows was down towards the bottom, it is possible that it is displaying off the edge of your screen. If this is the case, then use the Chart >> Reset Child Windows to reset the positions of the Trade Windows to be able to view them again.

If you are expecting to see more than these two Trade Windows, then let me know which other charts should have had a Trade Window open for it when I open the Chartbook.
