Hello,
I use Sierra Chart with Rithmic intraday data feed for years. In SC version 2310 "Rithmic Trading" service was removed from service list. I can see only "Rithmic Direct – DTC" with "Not enabled on package" in parentheses. What's wrong here, how can I continue to use Rithmic intraday data feed?
Thank you
Jan

In order to use the new Rithmic interface, you need to be on Package 10 or higher and then follow these instructions to get connected:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I pay for data feed and access to exchanges to my broker. I have to use my broker data feed to continue trading. Why do you force me to pay twice for the same service?
In the pop-up window that appears at the start of Sierra Chart you promised that support of existing Rithmic users will continue. Please, return "Rithmic Trading" service back to latest builds, thank you.

Actually you do not completely. Historical data has been provided by Sierra Chart with the older Rithmic connection method.

Support for the old Rithmic service has been removed because there is a new replacement:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service

When using the new service, the data fully comes from Rithmic, not Sierra Chart unless you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

You need to be on Service Package 5 or higher to use the new Rithmic service. Follow the instructions below to change the Service Package.

The old connection method will not be restored. That is permanently removed. For more information, refer to:

This is a completely separate issue which is unrelated. Start a new support request for this:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

No, I use Rithmic intraday data only, I don’t display any historical data on my day trading charts. It means I don’t use historical data provided by Sierra Chart with the Rithmic.
If I summarize this: To retain same functionality, I have to move to higher SC package. There is no technical issue, it is just sales decision to remove some functionality from Standard package. Well, it wasn’t quite true when you declared, that current Rithmic data feed users can continue to use SC without any change…

It has been a long-standing rule for Rithmic that Service Package 5 is required since that includes the historical data which most users use.

Apparently, you can use service package 3 with the old Rithmic integration. We had not realized this was the case. However, it was always intended Service Package 5 is required.

The new integration definitely requires, service package 5 or higher.

You can still stay on an old version if you want.

And Rithmic support has been maintained, and there is new integration to Rithmic. So Rithmic is still supported. The old method of integration, has been removed in newer versions.

This was not said.

However, it is true.

What was actually said is that Rithmic support will be maintained and that was/is the case
