That market depth data is not coming from Sierra Chart. We cannot help with it.

You are not subscribed to real-time data from the CME from Sierra Chart through the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Most likely the issue is your computer clock is not set accurately:
Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating

You are using the very old Rithmic integration, and that may use the computer clock for time stamping market depth data. We are not really sure since that is something developed many years ago and never maintained.

Hi ,

Thanks.

I set the clock and added Denali. Unfortuantely the depth lines are still not updating.
It takes 4-5 minutes to get some change ,
but the depth prints are fine .

What can I do next?

Many thanks

Provide us this single chart so we can test ourselves. Instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart

Is this an ongoing issue?

Yep,

i submitted requests prev for same - once i move the chart to a brand new chartbook, its all fine.
Chartbook 4 has only got this chart and it is fine.

Chartbook ES2020 has Depth 2 charts which are the originals, that are slow.

Many thanks
