Thanks SC team for your feedback earlier. I followed all processes diligently, in setting up 10 minutes delayed data feed. I kept receiving error messages from my message log. Here's an attached document conveying the error message.

The account with which you have posted is expired. If this is the same account you use when logging into Sierra Chart, then that is the problem.

Otherwise, if you have a different account that you use, you need to post to this Support Board using that account.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".
