Last 2 days of data missing after changing Data feed Service

Hello,

I changed my data feed provider from AMP-CME to Rhitmic and upgraded to your Package 10. Everything working fine but on the Eminis the actual contracts (December), the last 2 days are not showing in the intraday chart. But todays data loads the moment I open the chart.

On the historical chart all data is showing.

I already followed your procedures (reloading, canceling the data) without success.

If I load the next contract (March) it loads without a problem all intraday data. Also if I load actual contracts of instruments that I did never open before are loading fine.

There must be some problem with cache? / previous data stored somewhere (even if the Instrument Symbols are slightly different).

You need to activate the exchanges you require data for, for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can do this from here:

You also need to complete the agreements.

We cannot provide help with Rithmic provided historical data.
