how can i scroll back to follow a line drawing?

Hi, say I have a line drawn at a level and I want to scroll back and follow that line, NOT the price movement. When I scroll back I get the chart automatically jumping up and down with the price. I DONT want that. I want to literally scroll back in time at a specific price. How do I shut off the jumping chart please! thank you to anyone who can help
