Hi,
I have updated SC today and RSI indicator calculations are ... wrong.
RSI is oscilator 0-100 now showing -35, -300 etc ... all the setups (lines at 80 - 20) are wrong (lines at 300 - 80)

Can you please look into it.
Kind regards
r.

We pulled up the "RSI" indicator and it is showing the correct data for us. Are you using a different RSI indicator (RSI-W or RSI-TS)?

Also, can you please include a screenshot so we can see exactly what you are seeing.

I hope it gets uploaded.

This RSI reset occurred in all charts and all chartbooks ... I just checked it.
The average was also displayed although I had it hidden in my charts before.
Line values were set in all chart to Line1 3, Line2 80, Length 10, AVg Length 3

Hello,

I don't know who you are on the other side but you should be definitely more polite then "Get us...".
I am paying customer for many years and rarely do I request something. Even now I am making you service to debug a problem.

I am sure you can do better then "Get us...". Please review with your supervisor.

Best regards

There was an update to the RSI study which added the following Input Use RSI -50, which allows the RSI to be offset by 50 points, to allow it to oscillate around 0 instead of 50. Apparently when this was added, it was not done in a way that kept the settings when you had the RSI on previously.

Therefore, you will need to setup your RSI studies to set the Input Use RSI -50 to No and change your line values.
