hello,
i attached pic file for my question.
in the vp dom we can see the volume as all the gray area(include the red ask and the green bid),the red is the ask and the green is bid.
if the volume is all the buy(bid) and al the sell(ask),so what is the renaming gray area?

Here is what we see when we open the chart:

Everything looks like it should.

What we want you to do is to open an Intraday Chart for the same symbol and then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download, as we want to ensure that you have the correct underlying data for the chart.

Let us know if that fixes the issue, or if you are still having a problem.

that fix the issue.
how can i do it for only one chart? (this download me all data to all open charts, and it take lots of time)

Selecting Delete All Data and Download is just for the symbol of the Active chart. Other charts should only be affected if they are the same symbol.
